All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Berish Studio does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is fulfilled, and we do not offer refunds for purchases.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. We are happy to answer any questions about our products, including sizing, materials, colors, and dimensions, before you place your order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. However, if your item is damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To request a replacement for an item damaged during shipping:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographs showing the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
• The photographs must clearly show the damage so that we can assess the issue.

Once we receive and review the required photo evidence, Berish Studio will replace the damaged item at no additional cost, provided the damage occurred during delivery.

Please do not discard the damaged item or its original packaging until we have reviewed your claim, as we may need additional information regarding the damage.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the order and work with you to resolve the issue.
